ALIGN PRECISION Corp. ("ALIGN PRECISION") on June 19, 2023, named Kristin Barrette to the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources. The appointment elevates the ALIGN PRECISION leadership team with an experienced HR executive adept at developing and implementing recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies in the aerospace and defense industry.
Ms. Barrette brings nearly 20 years of experience to her role overseeing an HR team responsible for providing support to 1,000-plus ALIGN PRECISION employees. She is deeply skilled at unifying geographically dispersed personnel serving various customer bases, which brings immense value to ALIGN'S one team approach across 10 Centers of Excellence. Most recently, Ms. Barrette was Executive Director of Human Resources at ManTech, leading strategy and operations for the $1.5B defense sector.
