Tom Adams, Chief Financial Officer of ALIGN PRECISION, oversees the financial side of the business and ensures that operations are meeting industry compliances. In his broad role, Tom is also responsible for the Information Technology department, delivering optimal performance, functionality, support, and privacy for data and daily operations. His responsibilities include cybersecurity and confidentiality of internal and external information—two paramount needs of our customers in the aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries. With 30 years of experience in finance and manufacturing, Tom has deep cross-functional knowledge of our customers' needs as he works to streamline the customer experience and provide consolidated solutions with their best interests in mind.
Honesty and integrity are at the core of Tom's interactions and relationships with his teammates and our customers. He encourages his teams across the country to lead with a customer service attitude when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Tom's vision and financial leadership contribute to the ALIGN PRECISION mission to work as one collective team with a common set of values pursuing shared goals.
Throughout his career, Tom has shown the ability to lead operational improvements and to motivate and mentor teams while providing leadership and managing performance. His extensive career includes tenures as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Impact Confections; Director of Supply Chain Planning at Leprino Foods, the largest mozzarella manufacturer in the world; and Senior Manager at Deloitte Touche. Tom has also spent time as a consultant, serving in interim finance and operational positions.
Tom earned his bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor in economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
